Full Wedding Planning for the busy bride who is seeking a reliable planner to plan, design and execute your wedding from the first moment to the last moment

 

  • Initial consultation with the bride and groom

  • Establish a budget spreadsheet

  • Establish a To Do list to guide the couple in planning their wedding

  • Accessible by email and phone

  • Schedule two evaluation of services provided meeting

  • Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding

  • Assist with venue selection will recommend venues based on your desires, will schedule venue visit meetings for you, will attend up to four venue visits with you

  • Assisting with the design, arranging the printing and mailing out of the invitations

  • Research and make vendor suggestions/ Schedule vendor meetings (ex. Caterer, Florist, DJ, Photographer, Rentals, Stationary & Pastry Chef)

  • Keep track and send reminders of when payments are due.

  • Lead Coordinator & Coordinator Assistant (guest count  up to 250)

  • Additional Assistant (add only if guest count is above 200 or by request)

  • Create a Vendor contact list

  • Contact vendors to finalize wedding day deliveries

  • Create a wedding party contact list

  • Manage guest list and keep track of RSVPs

  •  Attend final walk-thru meeting for ceremony and  reception venue

  •  Final Consultation to determine rehearsal and wedding day itinerary

  • Create a ceremony and reception itinerary for couple, officiant and contracted vendors

  • Rehearsal coordination and direction (one hour rehearsal)

  • Present one hour prior to the arrival of your first schedule vendor on your  wedding day

  • Oversee all wedding day deliveries

  • Oversee and manage wedding day installation

  • Add personal enhancements if applicable to specialty tables (ex. Guest Table, Cake Table, Sweet-Heart Table & Favors)
